Our General Assembly consists of 8 persons and is composed of representatives from the three sections Deaflympics, World Championship and Europe Championship.
Administrative duties & responsibilities:
Traditionally, a board consists of a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer. Larger associations and foundations also have a BDC TD sports director and board members. What are the duties and responsibilities per position?

Joris VAN LANDUYT
The chairman is the face of the organization, outwards and inwards. Its duties are:
Calls the meetings together and determines the agenda for the monthly meetings in consultation with the other board members.
Leads the board meetings and the annual members' meetings in the right direction.
Evaluate the functioning of the organization, board and board members on the basis of policy plan, work plan and budget.
Maintain external contacts and account for the activities of the organization

Ann SMETS
The secretary is the writer of the board and therefore of the organization. Its duties are:
Prepare the reports of the board meetings.
Takes care of all administration regarding subsidies, sponsors, ...
Ensures all communication with the club board members.
Act as an information point for the board and outsiders.
Prepare the agenda together with the chairman.
send meeting documents, reports and agenda to board members.
Take out relevant insurance.
Taking care of the administration of accident reports.
Task: responsible for the administration of and for the BDD football committee.
Request the administration from KBVB-PC.

Dirk FRANCK
The treasurer manages the money of the organization. Its duties are:
Keeping track of the cash and managing the bank accounts.
Making and receiving payments.
Keeping of cash and bank books.
Making the annual financial report.
Monitoring the plans of the board on the basis of a budget.
The party committee meets regularly to coordinate the organization of various activities.
Posters and website
Paying the referees for friendly matches, tournaments etc ...
Is responsible for the payment of various expenses and invoices.
Keeps the bookings of both bank transactions and cash transactions via a fixed Excel file.
Keeps a record of all income and expenditure via a folder of invoices and receipts.
Fundraising and setting up a network for acquiring financial resources.
preparation of the match forms in case of friends matches.
